During Covid, when the world slowed down and every night started to feel the same, we created a mission: try every buffalo chicken pizza in Hoboken and crown the champ. What began as a quarantine food experiment turned into a full-blown slice-by-slice quest.

We judged every pie on the fundamentals: crispy crust, buffalo sauce balance, chicken coverage, ranch or blue cheese compatibility, and the all-important first-bite reaction.
What started as a neighborhood challenge became a record of the city’s best slices — and a reason to keep arguing about pizza with friends.
